Frequently Asked Questions
How often does Splendid put items on sale?
Splendid runs seasonal and holiday promotions fairly often, with sitewide discounts that have reached up to 40% off and category sales reaching 50% on select styles. New coupon codes on this page tend to appear alongside those markdown events.
Can I use a promo code on sale items at Splendid?
Splendid allows only one promo code per order, and that code generally will not apply to items already discounted through a seasonal sale. Codes stack more reliably with Insider Rewards points and referral discounts than with existing markdowns.
What is Splendid's return window?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of the ship date through Splendid's return portal, which provides a complimentary shipping label for domestic orders. Items need to be unwashed, unworn, and unused with original tags still attached.
Does Splendid offer exchanges?
Splendid does not currently process exchanges. A return has to go through as a refund or store credit, and a new order is placed separately for a different size or color.
Which Splendid items are final sale?
Swimwear, underwear, beauty products, and home items are final sale and cannot be returned, as is anything purchased at 50% off or more. Shoes also need to come back in their original box to be accepted.
How does Splendid's free shipping threshold work?
Standard shipping is free on US orders of $99 or more, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Splendid Insider members at the Muse tier and above get free ground shipping regardless of order size.
How do Splendid Insider Rewards points work?
Creating an account automatically enrolls a shopper and grants 25 points right away, and every dollar spent afterward earns another point. Points can also come from referrals, birthdays, and social engagement, and they convert into dollar off certificates once a threshold is reached.
Do Splendid Insider points expire?
Points expire after 12 months without a purchase or other earning activity, at which point a member's tier resets to the base Insider level. Staying active with even occasional orders keeps a balance from lapsing.
Does Splendid have a student or first responder discount?
Splendid does not run a dedicated student discount program, but new subscribers get 15% off their first order through the email newsletter, which layers with the ongoing Insider Rewards program.
