Frequently Asked Questions
Does Talking Out of Turn offer free shipping?
Yes, orders shipping to a single US address qualify for free standard shipping once the order total reaches $50. Below that threshold, standard shipping runs between $3.99 and $12.99 depending on the weight of the order, so combining a few smaller items into one order can be the difference between paying for shipping and not.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Most items ship within 1 to 4 business days of ordering, and orders typically arrive within 4 to 10 business days after that. Print on demand items run on a different timeline, with the expected production time listed directly on that product's page, so check there if your item is customized.
Can I get faster shipping if I need my order sooner?
Yes, priority shipping is offered as an option at checkout for an additional fee if you need your order to arrive faster than standard delivery.
Does Talking Out of Turn ship internationally?
The company ships to most countries, with the UK being the one notable exception. International shoppers should be aware that VAT or other customs duties may be charged separately by their country at the time of pickup, on top of what is paid at checkout.
What is the return window for Talking Out of Turn purchases?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in its original condition. Shipping costs are not refunded as part of a standard return, and the buyer covers return shipping unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Reach out with a photo of the issue to start the process, and the company will help sort out a replacement or refund. In these cases, where the mistake was on their end, return shipping costs are typically covered rather than passed on to the customer.
Can I combine a discount code with an already discounted item?
This varies by promotion, since some codes are built to apply sitewide while others exclude items that are already marked down. If a code does not apply at checkout, the item is likely already discounted as far as that particular promotion allows.
Do discount codes work on wholesale orders?
No, Talking Out of Turn maintains a separate wholesale site for retailers looking to stock its products in bulk, and consumer facing discount codes generally do not carry over to that channel.
How do I start a return?
Email help@getbullish.com or use the contact form on the company's help site to begin the return process before sending anything back, since returns sent without first reaching out may not be processed correctly.
