Not automatically. Past the 10 day window but within 365 days, non-defective, unopened cartridges can be returned for either store credit with no restocking fee, or a refund to the original payment method with a 15% restocking fee.

Yes. Its Low Price Guarantee matches a competitor's advertised price on the same brand, model, condition, and combo pack, though it excludes free offers, limited quantity items, clearance pricing, financing offers, and prices that are already the result of another price match.
Can I exchange cartridges for a different printer model?
No, TomatoInk doesn't offer exchanges. Instead, the cartridges are returned for store credit or a refund, and a new order is placed for the correct model.
Are OEM cartridge returns handled the same way as remanufactured ones?
No. OEM cartridges can only be returned unopened, with the return set up within 15 days of purchase, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Opened OEM cartridges aren't eligible for return through TomatoInk at all.
