Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a Vince coupon code with a sale price?
Vince frequently runs promotions offering both full-price and sale-item discounts simultaneously, like an extra percentage off sale styles, so it's worth checking a specific code's terms to see whether it applies to already-discounted items or only full-price merchandise.
Why isn't my Vince promo code working?
Confirm the code hasn't expired and check that it's being applied to eligible merchandise, since Final Sale items, clearly marked on the order confirmation, are excluded from both returns and most promotional codes.
What is Vince's return policy?
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered full-price and most sale items with original tags can be returned within 30 days. Final Sale items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Is return shipping free at Vince?
Yes, US shoppers get free return shipping, while international customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.
Can I cancel a Vince order after placing it?
No, Vince's order cancellation policy is strict: once an order is placed on vince.com, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way.
Does Vince offer a price match or price adjustment?
Yes, Vince provides a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down on its own site within 14 days of purchase, excluding sale and promotional items, and separately matches a lower price from another retailer for an identical item at the time of purchase.
Does Vince offer free shipping?
Yes, free ground shipping is available on orders over $250 within the contiguous United States, and Vince also offers free shipping to military APO, DPO, and FPO addresses.
Can I return a Vince item bought online at a physical store?
Yes, items purchased online can typically be returned to Vince retail stores, though items purchased in-store follow the specific return policy of that location, so checking the original receipt is worth doing first.
