Frequently Asked Questions
How much does shipping cost from Wanderlust + Co, and is there a way to get it free?
Wanderlust + Co ships from Malaysia to US customers for a flat $20, with free shipping automatically applied once an order reaches $110, no code required. Orders typically arrive within one to three business days once shipped. The brand does not ship to PO boxes, hospital addresses, or military APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Will I be charged extra duties or tariffs on a US order?
No. Wanderlust + Co covers the cost of any tariffs on US orders, so the total shown at checkout is what gets charged, with no surprise fees added on delivery.
Can I return or exchange a Wanderlust + Co necklace if I change my mind?
Change of mind returns aren't accepted. Returns and exchanges are also excluded for earrings, sets that include earrings, personalized or engraved items, apparel, and items marked down 40 percent or more as final sale. Items that are eligible must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and refunds are issued only as store credit rather than back to the original payment method.
Does a coupon code work on personalized or engraved jewelry?
Sitewide promo codes generally apply to personalized and nameplate pieces the same as regular items, but those orders take longer to ship since they're made to order, up to 30 business days for nameplate jewelry and around 14 business days for engraved demi-fine pieces. Keep in mind personalized items can't be returned or exchanged, so double check spelling before submitting.
Does Wanderlust + Co offer any warranty on tarnishing or broken chains?
Demi-fine and solid gold pieces come with a lifetime care plan covering genuine manufacturing defects like faulty clasps or premature tarnishing, though normal wear and tear such as a snapped chain from snagging isn't covered. Repairs outside the free window are priced on a sliding scale that gets more expensive the longer the piece has been owned, and mixed metal or brass pieces aren't eligible for the plan at all.
How does the Wanderlust + Co Rewards program work with coupon codes?
Creating an account earns 75 points to start, and every dollar spent adds another point, with 200 points enough to redeem for a free gift like a jewelry polishing cloth. Reward redemptions can't be combined with a separate discount code in the same order, so it's one or the other rather than both stacking together.
Is there a first time customer discount at Wanderlust + Co?
New subscribers to the email list typically receive 10 percent off their first order, and successful referrals earn 20 percent off a future order with no minimum spend required, valid for six months from when the code is issued.
