Frequently Asked Questions
How does the White Fox return policy work?
Returns must be submitted within 30 days of placing the order, and White Fox processes all returns for store credit rather than a refund to your original payment method. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached, and for US orders a $9.99 label fee applies if you use the prepaid return label through the portal.
What items can't be returned?
Fake tan, lingerie, socks, earrings, Bubbles and Foxy Friends items, and most beauty products are excluded from returns unless they're defective. Swimwear also can't be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed, and shoes need to go back in their original box.
How does the Loyalty Club's tier system work?
Members earn points on purchases, and the club has three tiers, roughly 600, 1,200, and 2,500 points, that unlock bigger perks as you climb, including a bigger birthday discount, tier entry rewards, early access to sales and launches, and VIP event invites. Higher tiers also get access to a limited edition Loyalty Shop that isn't available to everyone.
Does referring a friend to the Loyalty Club pay off?
Yes. Inviting a friend to join gets both of you $20 to spend on your next order once they sign up. It's a straightforward way to build store credit without waiting for a points threshold.
Does White Fox offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping kicks in once your US order hits $99, with a flat fee below that threshold. Orders over $250 get free DHL Express shipping, which is worth watching for if you're already buying a bigger order.
Is there a discount for students or healthcare workers?
Yes. Verified students and recent graduates within the last five years can get a discount through Student Beans or UNiDAYS, and healthcare workers can access a separate discount through BeansID verification. Both typically exclude sale and collaboration items.
Can I stack a promo code with a sale item?
Generally no. Codes are usually restricted to full-price items and most are single-use, so applying a code to something already marked down in the Sale section often won't work. Check the code's terms before assuming it'll stack with a markdown.
When does White Fox run its biggest sale?
The Black Friday Sale is the brand's largest savings window of the year, historically starting as early as mid-November and running into the first week of December. Outside of that, the Sale tab is restocked fairly often with newly discounted swim, dresses, and footwear.
