Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I enter a promo code?

Enter your coupon code at checkout. Some sales and discounts apply automatically at checkout, so you don't need a code for those.

Can I combine more than one code?

No, The online store allows only one promo or discount code per transaction, and most Windsor promotions state they can't be combined with other offers.

Does Windsor offer a military discount?

Yes, Active-duty military and their spouses get 10% off regular priced items in store with valid military ID. The offer is for stores only and excludes sale and clearance items.

How do I save on my first order?

Join Windsor VIP for a 15% off coupon on regular priced items. New app users get 15% off their first in-app purchase, and new text subscribers get 15% off or free Economy shipping. You can only use one code per order.

How much is shipping, and is there free shipping?

Economy shipping is $5.95 on orders under $75 and free at $75 or more. It is also free at $40 or more when the order includes a top or bottom. Economy takes 3 to 6 business days after 1 to 2 business days of processing.

Which items are final sale?

Sale and clearance items, promotional items, and regular priced items discounted by more than 30% are final sale. Cosmetics, fragrance, earrings, face masks, fashion tape, adhesive bras, and lingerie are always final sale.

What is the return policy?

Eligible online orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, if items are new, unworn, unwashed, and tagged. A mailed return label costs $7.95 and is deducted from your refund. Returns to any Windsor store are free.

Saving Guide

Join VIP and the Text List Before You Order

Windsor VIP gives you 15% off, and the text list gives you 15% off or free shipping. Both codes expire 14 days after they are sent, so sign up right before you shop.

Pick the Best Single Code

Only one code works per order, so compare your options. A 15% code helps on regular priced items.

Add a Top or Bottom to Reach Free Shipping at $40

Economy shipping costs $5.95 under $75. A top or bottom in your cart drops the free shipping threshold to $40.

Use the First In-App Discount on Full Price Items

The app's 15% off first purchase applies to regular priced items only. Save it for something you weren't planning to wait on.

Watch the 30% Final Sale Line

Items discounted by more than 30% cannot be returned. A deep discount only saves money if you are sure about the size and fit.

Return in Store to Skip the Label Fee

Mailing a return costs $7.95, deducted from your refund. Store returns are free, so a nearby Windsor location saves that cost.

Shopping Guide

Use the Size Guide Before You Order

Windsor has a Size Guide page in the site footer. Check it first, since online returns must be unworn and the online store doesn't process exchanges.

Know the Dress Return Rules

Eligible dresses ordered online can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Regular priced special occasion and formal dresses bought in a store are final sale, so the rules differ by where you buy.

Order Online, Exchange In Store

The online store doesn't process exchanges. To exchange, return the item to a store, then pick a replacement in a separate transaction.

Check the Always Final Sale List

Fashion tape, adhesive bras, fragrance, earrings, cosmetics, face masks, and lingerie can't be returned. Swimwear must have its hygienic liner and tags to be eligible.

Allow for Processing Time

Orders take 1 to 2 business days to process, and up to 3 to 4 days in peak season. Time an event outfit order early and skip Economy shipping if the date is tight.
