They are not returnable for a refund at all. If you are unhappy with something bought in the Dallas store, the team will issue store credit within seven days of purchase, and that credit can then be redeemed whenever you like.
What happens with special orders?
Special orders are charged at 100% of retail up front and are final under all circumstances, with no cancellation, return or exchange. Requesting an alteration to existing stock, such as a ring size or chain length, can also carry a small additional charge and extra production time, which the team will confirm before proceeding.
