How do Alteya Rewards Points work?
Anyone with an account is enrolled automatically and earns 10 points for every dollar spent on the US website. Points never expire, and there is no cap on how many you can earn. They cannot be spent directly at checkout. Open the Rewards tab in the pop up window to turn points into a coupon code, then paste that code into the cart.
Can Alteya reward coupons be used on sale items or subscription orders?
A reward coupon works on products that are on sale, but it cannot be combined with a Subscription order. Points are still earned on a purchase made with a reward, based on the amount you actually pay.
What is Alteya's return policy?
Alteya issues store credit instead of refunds for returns, and the request has to come within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping and handling are the customer's cost, and shipping charges may be deducted along with a 3% restocking fee when the return is due to a wrong address, a wrong product order, or no longer needing the item. If the damage or defect is confirmed, Alteya covers the return shipping and refunds the product price to the original payment method, and a replacement ships free.
