Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use more than one discount code on an Andalou Naturals order?
No, only one promotion or discount code can be applied per order. If you have more than one active code, compare which gives the larger discount before checking out, since they won't stack.
What is Andalou Naturals' return policy?
Items bought directly from andalou.com can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, as long as they're in the same condition received and in their original packaging. Keep the receipt, since it's needed to process the return, and note that products bought through a retailer instead follow that retailer's own return policy.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
No, Andalou Naturals isn't able to cancel or modify an order once it's submitted, so it's worth reviewing the cart carefully before completing checkout.
How much do I need to spend for free shipping?
Orders of $60 or more ship free within the US. Orders below that threshold are charged standard shipping, so bundling a few products from the same routine into one order is an easy way to clear it.
Does Andalou Naturals have a loyalty or rewards program?
The Loyalty Rewards Program has been discontinued as of February 2026, and Andalou Naturals hasn't announced a direct replacement. Signing up for the email list is now the most reliable way to hear about ongoing promotions and seasonal sales.
What if my order arrives incomplete or with the wrong item?
Email the order details to Andalou Naturals as soon as possible and the team will walk through the replacement process. This is separate from a standard return and doesn't require the same 30 day return window.
Are there financing options at checkout?
Yes, Afterpay and ViaBill are both available, letting a larger order be split into smaller installment payments rather than paid in full upfront.
When does Andalou Naturals typically run sales?
Sales tend to cluster around Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Mother's Day, July 4th, and Labor Day, often centered on a specific product category like body care or hair care for that season. Checking the site around those dates is more reliable than waiting for a year round discount.
