Frequently Asked Questions
Does BeautifiedYou offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free on US orders over $35. Orders under that ship for flat rates starting around $7 to $8, and BeautifiedYou also offers paid expedited options like 2 to 3 day USPS Priority.
What is BeautifiedYou's return window?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Unused and unopened items get a full refund minus the original shipping cost, while opened items that are still at least 75% full can be returned for store credit after inspection.
Can I return supplements or vitamins to BeautifiedYou?
No. Once opened, health related items including vitamins, supplements, and anything requiring an ice pack during shipping, like probiotics, are final sale for safety reasons.
Does a BeautifiedYou promo code work on every brand?
Most sitewide codes apply broadly, but a handful of premium lines are commonly excluded from percentage-off promotions because of manufacturer pricing agreements. Check the code's terms at checkout to confirm a specific brand qualifies.
Does BeautifiedYou have a loyalty or rewards program?
Yes, the Beauty Bucks program. You earn 2 points per $1 spent, 100 points equals a $1 credit, and you get 100 points just for creating a free account.
Does BeautifiedYou offer a referral discount?
Yes. Referring a friend gets them 25% off, and you receive 1,000 Beauty Bucks points once they place a first order of at least $50.
Why would a BeautifiedYou coupon code not apply at checkout?
The most common reasons are an expired code, a code restricted to first time customers, or an order that falls under a brand exclusion. Beauty Bucks credit and gift cards can also occasionally conflict with a promo code in the same transaction, so try applying only one at a time.
Do Beauty Bucks points expire?
Yes, unused points expire after 365 days, so it's worth redeeming them toward a purchase periodically rather than letting a large balance sit.
What happens if a BeautifiedYou order is returned to sender?
Domestic packages that come back as undeliverable are refunded minus the original shipping fee once BeautifiedYou receives them. International returned-to-sender packages are refunded minus shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.
