Frequently Asked Questions
Is Beautycounter still selling, and where do its coupons apply?
The brand relaunched as Counter, and orders now go through counter.com, where many Beautycounter product names such as Countertime carry over. Codes on this page apply to that store. The old Band of Beauty membership has given way to the Loyalist program described below.
Can I use Counter product credit and a promo code on the same order?
Yes, as long as the promo code is valid for the items in your cart. Earned credit shows at checkout and can be applied toward the order. If you later return an order where credit was used, the credit is refunded first.
How does the Counter Loyalist program work?
Loyalists earn $15 in product credit for every $200 spent, and subscription orders count toward that $200. Members also get a birthday reward during their birth month and early access to select promotions and launches. The wider Total Rewards system tracks Progress and Standings, with extra Progress for actions such as referring friends.
Does Counter offer free shipping?
Standard ground shipping is free on orders of $50 or more in the US and Canada. Below that it costs $6.99 in the US, and expedited ($14.95) and express ($29.95) delivery cost extra at any order size. Standard orders arrive 5 to 7 business days after processing.
What is Counter's return policy?
Counter offers free returns in the US and Canada on eligible items within 60 days of delivery, started through its returns portal with your order number and email. Final Sale items cannot be returned. Refunds are issued once the carrier scans the return, though banks can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Can Counter gifts with purchase be combined?
No. A gift with purchase cannot be paired with another gift offer, applies only to orders placed on counter.com, and does not carry over to past purchases. Quantities are limited, and once an order is submitted Counter does not accept changes or cancellations, so confirm the gift is in your cart first.
Does Counter give a discount for subscribing to products?
Counter runs a subscription program that delivers products on a schedule you choose, and subscription orders count toward Loyalist credit. Scheduling one also earns extra Progress on the first recurring order. The subscription price appears on the product page, so compare it with the one time price before you commit.
How often does Counter release new deals and coupons?
Counter is still building its promotion calendar after the relaunch, and offers tend to arrive in event windows rather than as a standing discount. Email subscribers and Loyalists get early access to select promotions and launches, so signing up is the quickest way to hear about a new code. The lineup on this page changes as each window opens and closes.
