Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a first order coupon at Essential Elements Nutrition?
The account login page advertises a First10 code for 10% off a first purchase. The site doesn't say whether it combines with subscription pricing, and promotions rotate, so check the terms at checkout.
How much does Subscribe & Save actually cut off the price?
It depends on the product and how often it ships. T-hero drops 5% on a monthly bottle and 15% when three bottles ship every three months. Sale items like CholestAid reach 35% on a six bottle plan, and hydration products advertise up to 22%.
Do I have to subscribe to get free shipping?
Subscriptions always ship free in the US. One time orders pay $5.95 unless they reach the free shipping minimum, which product pages list at $55 on some pages and $60 on others, so aim above $60. Orders go out through USPS.
What is the Essential Elements return policy?
The 365 day guarantee refunds the product price, not shipping, up to a year after purchase, and used bottles count. Limits apply: one refund per product per household, no more than two unused units per return, and a 15% processing fee on the refunded total. Start a return by emailing support@essentialelementsnutrition.com.
Can I cancel or pause an Essential Elements subscription?
Yes. The customer portal lets you cancel, postpone, or change a subscription at any time. Subscribers also get priority when supplies run low.
Which subscription plans come with a free gift?
Longer commitments on select products qualify. A 3 or 6 month plan on CholestAid and a 2 or 4 month plan on the plant protein each include a one time free gift. The choices shown are GluControl, CholestAid, and Saw palmetto plus.
How do Essential Rewards points work?
Creating an account with the email you used at checkout earns 150 points at once. One time buyers start at Bronze and subscribers start at Platinum, with Silver and Gold between them. Points spend like cash on products, subscription renewals, and expedited shipping, and reviews and referrals earn more.
How often does Essential Elements release new deals and coupons?
The Deals page rotates discounted products, with CholestAid and both plant protein flavors among the current ones. Codes and free gifts change with the calendar, and the code list here changes with them.
