Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a FlexPro voucher discount actually last?

Only the first week of your subscription plan, unless the voucher itself states otherwise. After that you are billed the standard rate on a recurring basis. A code advertised as a large percentage off is therefore a first-box discount in most cases, not an ongoing rate, and the recurring price is what you should be budgeting against.

Can I use a FlexPro code if I have ordered before?

Usually not. FlexPro states that vouchers are only for first-time users unless the voucher says otherwise, and that a voucher may only be used once. Codes also have to be redeemed through the site or app, not through any other channel.

What does shipping cost?

Free on orders over $150. Below that it is a flat $14.99, or $25 to Hawaii and Alaska. The brand also promotes free shipping on a first box. FlexPro ships to all 50 states but not to PO boxes.

Can I cancel or get a refund on my first order?

No. FlexPro's terms state that first time orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. That is the single most important condition on this page, because it means a discounted trial box is a commitment rather than a trial in the usual sense.

When does my weekly order lock?

Meal selections and delivery day lock when the recurring order is charged on Thursday. Any change to meals, delivery date or address has to be made before that charge processes. An order that has already been charged will be prepared and delivered, and may not be available for a refund.

How do I skip a week or cancel?

Skipping is done in your account under subscriptions by delaying one week, and you are not charged for a delayed week. Deactivating the account is done at the bottom of the account dashboard. Both need to happen before the next payment processes, so the deadline rather than the button is what matters.

What if my meals arrive warm, damaged or missing?

Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Separately, the terms ask you to raise any issue with a meal within five days of receiving it, and the company may issue credit or a partial refund for the specific item rather than the box. FlexPro does not accept returns under any circumstances, which is standard for perishable food.

How much cheaper are the larger plans?

Substantially. Per-meal pricing drops as the weekly plan size grows, with the lowest advertised rates attached to the largest plans. Ordering 21 meals a week costs more in total than 7 but considerably less per meal, so the real comparison is per-meal cost against what you would otherwise spend, not the size of the weekly charge.

Can FlexPro change my price?

Yes, with at least 10 days advance notice of any change to your specific plan rate. Accepting delivery after that notice counts as accepting the new price, so those emails are worth opening rather than filing.

How often do new meals and offers appear?

The menu rotates with roughly 35 new meals weekly, and promotional offers cluster around new customer acquisition, including first-box discounts and gift card style bonus offers tied to longer commitments. Because most vouchers are first-time-user only, the offer lineup changes mainly for new subscribers rather than existing ones.

Saving Guide

Read the voucher as a first-week rate, not your price:

FlexPro's own terms state that a voucher discount lasts for the first week of the subscription unless the voucher says otherwise, after which the standard rate resumes on a recurring basis. A headline percentage that looks enormous is describing one box. Before subscribing, work out the undiscounted weekly total for the plan you are choosing and decide whether you would pay that every week, because that is the number you will actually be paying from week two.

Plan size is the discount that persists:

The per-meal price falls as the weekly plan grows, and unlike a voucher, that rate does not expire after seven days. Someone eating FlexPro most days will pay meaningfully less per meal on a large plan than on a 7-meal plan, and the saving compounds every week. If your consumption genuinely supports it, moving up a plan size is worth more over a year than any first-box code.

The $150 shipping line changes the arithmetic on plan size:

Orders over $150 ship free; below that it is $14.99, or $25 to Alaska and Hawaii. A weekly $14.99 charge is roughly $780 a year. Plans that clear $150 avoid it entirely, which narrows the gap between a mid-size plan and a large one considerably once shipping is included in the comparison rather than treated separately.

The first order cannot be cancelled or refunded:

This deserves its own line. FlexPro's terms are explicit that first time orders are not cancellable or refundable, and that disputing a product before it has been received forfeits refund consideration. Treat the first box as a purchase you are committing to, and make your menu selections carefully rather than planning to back out.

Thursday is the deadline for everything:

Selections, delivery day and address all lock when the recurring order is charged on Thursday. Skipping a week has to happen before that charge, and once charged, the box is prepared and shipped and may not be refundable. The practical habit that saves the most money here is a calendar reminder for Wednesday, particularly in weeks you will be travelling or already have food at home.

Skipping weeks instead of cancelling:

Delaying an order costs nothing and you are not charged for the delayed week. For anyone whose eating pattern varies, skipping the weeks you do not need is cheaper than paying for boxes you will not eat, and it avoids the friction of cancelling and resubscribing. It only works before the Thursday lock.

Report problems inside the windows:

Damaged, warm or missing items need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and issues with a specific meal within five days. Credits and partial refunds are available inside those windows and considerably harder outside them. Photographing a problem box immediately, before anything goes in the bin, is the difference between a credit and a loss.

Before you check out:

  • You calculated the full recurring weekly price, not just the discounted first box
  • Plan size chosen with the per-meal rate in mind, since that discount does not expire
  • Order clears $150 if you want to avoid the $14.99 or $25 shipping fee
  • You accept that the first order cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • Delivery address is not a PO box
  • A reminder is set before the Thursday lock for skipping or editing
  • Any damaged or warm delivery is photographed and reported within 48 hours
