Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a Foscam camera if it isn't what I expected?
Yes. Foscam allows returns within 30 days of receiving a shipment for any reason, though a Return Merchandise Authorization needs to be requested first. If the return isn't due to a product defect, the customer covers return shipping, and the original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
What happens if I only return part of a multi-camera order?
Shipping charges are calculated across the whole order, so returning just one camera from a bundle still leaves the total shipping cost non-refundable rather than prorated down to a partial amount.
Is shipping free on Foscam orders?
Yes, Foscam ships all products free, so the sticker price at checkout is generally the full cost before any promo code is applied.
How long is a Foscam camera under warranty?
Foscam backs its hardware against manufacturing defects for a multi-year limited warranty period from the shipping date, and any replacement un
Are Foscam's buy 1, get 1 free deals a separate discount from a promo code?
Yes, BOGO offers on select cameras and systems are their own promotion, and Foscam typically caps checkout at one code per order, so a shopper generally cannot layer a percentage off code on top of a BOGO deal.
Does buying more than one camera save money?
Foscam applies automatic tiered pricing on bundles, so a 2 pack or 4 pack of the same camera model usually costs less per unit than ordering that many individually.
Is there a discount for signing up for the Foscam newsletter?
New subscribers typically receive a one-time code for a percentage off their first order, valid on full priced items rather than anything already in the clearance or flash sale sections.
When does Foscam release its biggest discounts?
Foscam tends to run its deepest sitewide codes around Black Friday and its own anniversary sale, along with smaller promotions tied to U.S. federal holidays that usually last a few days at a time.
