What's the free shipping threshold at FSA Store?

Orders of $50 or more (before tax, after any coupon) ship free. Below that, shipping is a flat $5.99, which is itself FSA eligible and can be paid with an FSA card.

Can I return an opened item?

No. Returns must be brand new, unopened and unused in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Breast pumps, defibrillators, period underwear and pillows can't be returned under any circumstances.

Do I earn rewards just by shopping?

Where do I enter a code at checkout?
