Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return a Green Bean Buddy product?
Green Bean Buddy accepts returns within 45 days of your delivery date. The product needs to be unused and unopened, since consumable items that have already been sprayed or partly used aren't eligible for return.
Will I get a full refund if I return an item?
Return shipping costs and any processing fees are deducted from your refund amount, so what you get back won't be the full original charge. Once your return is received, processing generally takes 5 to 10 business days, and it can take up to 30 business days for the refund to show up on your statement depending on your bank.
What is autoship and does it come with a discount?
Autoship sets up recurring deliveries of a product like the residual bug spray at a discounted price, and it includes free shipping on every future order in the subscription. You can cancel the autoship plan at any time if you change your mind.
Why might my Green Bean Buddy promo code not apply at checkout?
A code limited to a specific product line, like a Halloween sale code tied to select items, won't apply to unrelated products in your cart. Codes also commonly carry a minimum order amount, so a small single item order might fall short of the threshold needed.
Is Green Bean Buddy safe to use around pets and kids?
Their products are formulated to be plant based and non toxic, with several sprays qualifying under the EPA's FIFRA 25(b) exemption for minimum risk pesticides, which is a lower regulatory bar than synthetic pesticide products typically meet.
Does Green Bean Buddy offer free shipping on regular orders?
Standard one time orders don't have a stated free shipping threshold, but autoship subscription orders come with free shipping built into every recurring delivery after the first.
How often does Green Bean Buddy release new coupon codes?
New codes show up fairly regularly, often tied to seasonal pest concerns or specific product lines, so checking back periodically tends to turn up something current rather than relying on a single evergreen code.
Can I cancel or change my autoship order?
Yes, autoship subscriptions can be canceled at any time without penalty, which makes it a lower commitment way to lock in the recurring discount and free shipping if you're not sure how long you'll need the product.
What happens if my Green Bean Buddy product doesn't work on my pest problem?
Green Bean Buddy handles unopened, unused product returns within the 45 day window, but since these are consumable items, there's no guarantee based refund for products that have already been applied and didn't fully resolve an infestation.
