Frequently Asked Questions
Does King Kanine give a discount for joining its email list?
Coupon trackers report a first order code, commonly cited at 10%, for new newsletter subscribers. The amount can change, so check the signup form for the current offer.
How does free shipping work at King Kanine?
The site advertises free shipping on orders of $100 or more, and its shipping policy describes free standard USPS shipping for first orders over $100, so confirm in the cart how it applies to repeat orders. Orders wait 2 to 3 business days for processing, USPS transit averages 6 to 10 business days without a guarantee, and Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO or FPO addresses ship by USPS only.
What is the King Kanine return policy?
You can request a full refund minus shipping, or an exchange, within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, in the original packaging, or less than 30% used. The store does not currently provide return labels, the customer pays return shipping unless the wrong item was sent or the return is an exchange, and returns take 7 to 10 business days to process.
Can I return raw food to King Kanine?
No. For safety reasons, raw food items cannot be returned.
What should I do if there is a problem with my King Kanine order?
Contact the store within 3 business days of delivery. The store is not responsible for packages stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, though it points to a shipping protection claims page for covered orders.
Can I change a King Kanine order after placing it?
Only by contacting the store within 30 minutes of placing the order, and orders placed on weekends cannot be modified. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed, and a $5.99 processing fee may apply if you refuse a package or give an incorrect address.
Does King Kanine have a rewards program?
Coupon sites disagree. One lists a rewards program called Kanine Kash that turns points into coupons, and another reports no loyalty program, so check the site for current terms before counting on points.
Should I talk to a vet before using King Kanine products?
The brand says its products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and asks customers to consult a veterinarian before use. It also warns that some countries do not permit CBD or hemp imports and says it makes no representation about legality where you live.
How often does King Kanine release new deals and coupons?
The site keeps a Kombos section of bundled products with lower bundle prices, and coupon trackers report seasonal events such as an anniversary sale in July and August that reached 30% to 40% off. Codes and sale windows change, so the list on this page moves as they open and close.
