Does Jackson Galaxy offer free shipping?
Orders of $65 or more ship free within the U.S. A handful of items are excluded from that threshold, including the Scratchify! Incline Scratcher, the Ripple Rug, Sustainably Yours Cat Litter, and products from brands like Armarkat and PetSafe Drinkwell. Vetreska items are excluded too, unless the order includes $100 or more of Vetreska products specifically.
Can I return an opened litter box mat or cat bed?
No. For safety reasons, opened bedding, toys, and litter-related products can't be returned. Items like the Snuffle Mat, Donut Disturb Bed, and Whiskerware bowls only qualify for a return if they're still unopened and unused.
What's the return window on a typical order?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Once a return is approved, there's a 15-day window to ship the item back, and a restocking fee applies, $10 for a refund or $5 if taking store credit instead.
Does Jackson Galaxy charge for return shipping?
No. The company covers the cost of a prepaid return label once a request is approved. The original outbound shipping fee, however, isn't refunded.
Why do the Solutions blends get a longer return window?
Because flower essence blends can take weeks to show results, that line gets 60 days instead of the standard 30. Some cats respond after the first dose, while others take six to eight weeks to show any change.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Not currently. Jackson Galaxy doesn't offer exchanges, so a customer wanting a different size needs to return the original for a refund or credit and place a new order.
Does Jackson Galaxy ship outside the U.S.?
Not at this time. Shipping is limited to the 50 states, plus APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories.
Are apparel items returnable?
No, apparel is made to order and final sale, unless it arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, in which case a refund or replacement can be requested within 30 days.
Can I return part of a bundle if I only want to send back one item?
No, everything in a bundle has to be returned together, and partial refunds on bundles aren't offered.
