Frequently Asked Questions
What if I'm not happy with my Wisdom Panel kit?
Wisdom Panel's 60-Day Product Promise covers the physical kit itself, letting you request a refund or replacement within 60 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. This applies to the kit as a product and doesn't extend to the laboratory results or ancestry report generated once your sample is processed.
Does the 60-day guarantee cover kits bought from a third-party seller?
No, the Product Promise is limited to purchases made through wisdompanel.com or an authorized seller, and it isn't available for kits bought from unauthorized resellers. If you're unsure whether a seller is authorized, Wisdom Panel's support team can confirm before you buy.
Is shipping free on Wisdom Panel orders?
Yes, Wisdom Panel offers free U.S. shipping with no minimum order required, so a coupon code is really about the product price rather than unlocking free delivery. Orders shipped to Canada carry a shipping charge.
Can I use a Wisdom Panel discount code on a bundle of multiple tests?
Wisdom Panel runs a bundle program for shoppers testing more than one pet, and most sitewide promo codes apply to bundled orders the same way they apply to a single kit. It's still worth confirming a specific code's terms, since some promotions are limited to particular test tiers like Premium or Essential.
How does Wisdom Panel's Dog Days of Summer sale compare to a regular code?
The Dog Days of Summer promotion has offered up to 20 percent off sitewide in past years, which is generally stronger than the smaller flat dollar codes available most of the year. Their broader all-tests sale has reached up to 30 percent off, making late summer and that sale period worth watching if a purchase isn't urgent.
Does Wisdom Panel offer payment plans?
Yes, Wisdom Panel supports Klarna, which splits an order into four interest-free installments, making the Premium kit more manageable if you'd rather not pay the full amount upfront. This can be combined with a discount code, since Klarna is a payment method rather than a separate promotion.
Is return shipping included if I send my kit back?
Wisdom Panel's testing kits include prepaid return packaging, so returning a kit under the Product Promise doesn't require buying your own postage or box. This only applies within the coverage of the 60-day promise and not to every shipment.
Do Wisdom Panel coupon codes apply to cat and dog tests equally?
Sitewide codes generally apply across both the dog and cat test lines, though promotional codes tied to a specific sale event sometimes favor one species over the other depending on what Wisdom Panel is featuring that month. Checking the code's fine print before checkout confirms it covers the kit in your cart.
