Frequently Asked Questions
Can a LATHER coupon be combined with Subscribe & Save?
Subscribing to a recurring order already includes its own 5% discount compared to a one-time purchase, and it's worth checking whether a separate promotional code applies on top of that subscription price at checkout.
What is LATHER's return window?
Unopened or gently used LATHER.com products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are honored within a slightly longer window of 45 days.
Is there a fee to return a LATHER order?
Return shipping and handling costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of LATHER's own error or the product arrived damaged or defective.
How do I start a LATHER return?
Contacting customer service by email gets you a return authorization number along with specific shipping instructions for sending the product back.
Is shipping free at LATHER?
Yes, standard shipping is free on orders of $65 or more within the contiguous US, with no code required to unlock it.
Does LATHER offer a rewards program?
Yes, LATHER Rewards gives members points on every purchase, along with birthday perks and other member-only benefits that accumulate over time.
Can I pick up a LATHER order in-store instead of having it shipped?
Yes, no-contact pickup is available at the brand's Pasadena, Long Beach, Phoenix, and Fairfax store locations for orders placed with the pickup option selected at checkout.
How long do LATHER products last once opened?
Most products last six months to a year once opened, and unopened products are generally best used within two years given the natural ingredients involved.
