Frequently Asked Questions
Does Momotaro Apotheca offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders shipping within the US qualify for free shipping once the cart hits $70. Orders under that amount ship for a flat fee, and international shipping to Canada, the EU, the UK, and a few other countries is available but limited and not eligible for the free shipping threshold.
What is Momotaro Apotheca's return policy?
The brand runs on what it calls a Happiness Guarantee. If a product doesn't work out, customers can request a refund without needing to explain why or jump through hoops. It's worth applying any active discount code before checkout, since promotional pricing can affect how much of the order is eligible for a refund.
Can I combine a Momotaro Apotheca coupon code with a bundle discount?
Bundles like the Momotaro Trio and the Complete Infection Defense Kit already come with a built in markdown off the individual item prices, so a sitewide percentage off code may not stack on top of an already discounted bundle. It's best to check at checkout, since only one code typically applies per order.
Does subscribing save money at Momotaro Apotheca?
Yes. Subscribers get ongoing discounts and occasional free gifts on repeat orders of staples like the daily probiotic, and subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or canceled at any time with no penalty. This tends to save more over time than a one time coupon code for anyone reordering regularly.
Why isn't my Momotaro Apotheca discount code working?
A code may be excluded from bundles, subscription orders, or items already marked down, or it may only apply above a minimum order size. Double check that the code hasn't expired and that it's meant for first time customers only, since a number of Momotaro Apotheca's best offers are reserved for new shoppers.
Does Momotaro Apotheca ship internationally?
The brand ships to Canada, the EU, the UK, and Australia directly, though delivery can take up to two weeks and the free US shipping threshold doesn't apply. Customs duties and taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility and aren't refunded if a package is returned unclaimed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed into the system almost immediately after payment, so changes usually aren't possible once checkout is complete. Reaching out to support right away is the best shot at catching an order before it ships.
How often does Momotaro Apotheca release new discount codes?
As a small, Portland based company, Momotaro Apotheca tends to run periodic sitewide promotions rather than a constant rotation of codes, often tied to bundle launches or seasonal moments. Checking back on this page before checkout is the easiest way to catch the current offer.
