Frequently Asked Questions
Does Raw Nutrition offer a discount for subscribing?
Yes. Subscribe & Save gives 25% off the first order and 15% off every recurring order after that, plus free shipping starting with the second delivery. The subscription schedule can be paused or canceled at any time.
What is Raw Nutrition's return policy?
Raw Nutrition accepts returns within 15 days of purchase, but refunds are issued as store gift cards rather than cash back to the original payment method, and original shipping charges are not refunded. A Return Authorization number and the original invoice are required before shipping anything back.
Does Raw Nutrition charge a restocking fee?
It can. If a return arrives outside the 15 day window, without its original packaging, or missing accessories, Raw Nutrition reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse the return outright.
Does Raw Nutrition offer free shipping?
Yes, on U.S. orders of $75 or more. Orders below that threshold are charged shipping based on weight and the method chosen at checkout.
Can I cancel a Raw Nutrition order after placing it?
Only if the order has not yet been filled. Once an order has shipped or entered fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled, though it can still be returned under the standard 15 day policy.
Are international Raw Nutrition orders eligible for returns?
No. Orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for return under Raw Nutrition's policy, so it is worth confirming a product fits before ordering internationally.
Why might a Raw Nutrition promo code not apply at checkout?
Codes are typically tied to specific collections, such as pre workout or the Subscribe & Save program, so a code meant for one category will not discount a different one. Entering it on the wrong product page is the most common reason it fails.
How do I return a Raw Nutrition product?
Contact Raw Nutrition support by phone or at info@getrawnutrition.com to get a Return Authorization number before shipping anything back, since packages without one are more likely to be refused or hit with the restocking fee.
