Frequently Asked Questions
What age do I need to be to shop at Session Goods?
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or use any product sold on sessiongoods.com, since the products are intended for tobacco use only. This is a strict requirement stated in the site's terms rather than a suggestion.
Does Session Goods offer free shipping?
Yes, orders shipping to the continental United States over $150 qualify for free shipping. Orders below that threshold are charged a standard shipping rate at checkout.
What happens if my Session Goods piece arrives broken?
Every order comes with a 60 day warranty, and Session Goods will physically replace any broken or missing items rather than issuing a refund. Reach out through their contact form with details of the damage to start that replacement.
Can I get a refund if I just don't like my purchase?
Session Goods does not offer refund replacements outside of the warranty covering broken or missing items, so a simple change of mind is not covered the way it would be with a standard return policy. It is worth reviewing a product page closely before ordering, since exchanges are not guaranteed.
Does Session Goods offer a discount for new customers?
Yes, subscribing to the email list unlocks a percentage off your first order, shown directly in the signup banner on the site. Returning subscribers who try to redeem it again will typically see a message noting they are already subscribed.
Does Session Goods ship discreetly?
Packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no branding indicating what's inside, which matters to a lot of Session Goods customers given the product category. This applies regardless of order size or whether a promo code was used.
Does Session Goods offer payment plans?
Yes, Sezzle is available at checkout for interest free installment payments, in addition to standard credit and debit cards. This can make a higher priced bundle more manageable without needing a discount code.
Does Session Goods run sales tied to specific dates?
The brand's email list has featured a 4/20 sale in the past, giving subscribers early access to discounts on popular smoking accessories. Signing up ahead of that date is generally the best way to catch it before codes are more widely shared.
