Frequently Asked Questions
Does souKare ship to the United States?
souKare offers express international shipping on its contact lens range to customers outside the UAE and KSA, with most countries qualifying for free shipping once an order clears a minimum spend. Since souKare is built around the Middle East market, US shoppers should expect longer delivery times than the 90-minute Dubai service the company is known for locally.
What currency will I be charged in if I order from the US?
souKare's pricing and checkout are set up around UAE and Saudi customers, so a US shopper ordering internationally should expect the charge to process in AED or SAR and convert through their card issuer, rather than being billed directly in US dollars.
Will I owe customs duties on a souKare order shipped to the US?
Possibly. Any international order shipped from the UAE into the US can be subject to US customs duties or fees depending on the value and category of the goods, and these are typically the receiving customer's responsibility rather than something souKare collects at checkout.
What can US shoppers actually buy from souKare?
The same catalog available to UAE and KSA customers, which centers on contact lenses from brands like Acuvue and Solotica, sports nutrition from Optimum Nutrition and Jym, and organic or allergen-specific food products from brands like Garden of Life and Atkins.
Is there a faster US-based alternative for the same lens or supplement brands?
Since souKare wasn't built around US fulfillment, and delivery times will run longer than a domestic order, it's worth checking whether the specific Acuvue, Solotica or Optimum Nutrition product is available through a US retailer first, and treating souKare as an option when a specific SKU or price isn't available closer to home.
