Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund on a SpaFinder gift card?
No, SpaFinder gift cards are generally non-refundable once purchased, since the product itself functions as prepaid credit rather than a physical good. It's worth confirming a recipient's local spa options accept SpaFinder before buying, since the card can't easily be undone after checkout.
Why isn't my SpaFinder promo code applying?
Most codes carry a minimum purchase requirement, commonly $50 to $150 depending on the offer, so a smaller gift card order may not qualify. Some deals are also location specific and require mentioning the offer directly when booking rather than entering a code online.
Do SpaFinder gift cards expire?
No, SpaFinder gift cards don't expire and can be used until the balance runs out. This makes buying during a promotional discount period low risk, since there's no rush to spend the card before a deadline.
How much can I save buying a larger gift card?
Discounts often scale with the card amount. For example, gift cards over $100 can get 10% off, while spending $80 or more on a card can unlock a 15 to 20% off code depending on the current promotion. Larger single purchases tend to access better percentage discounts than several smaller ones.
Can I use a SpaFinder gift card on products instead of services?
Yes, converting a SpaFinder Gift Card into a Shop Live Love Spa Gift Card unlocks an extra 10% off wellness merchandise like skincare and essential oils. This conversion happens on SpaFinder's site and is worth doing specifically when the goal is buying products rather than booking a service.
Does SpaFinder have a loyalty or rewards program?
Not directly. SpaFinder itself doesn't run an official rewards program, though its wellness partner Live Love Spa offers its own rewards on products and services booked through that separate site.
When does SpaFinder run its biggest sales?
Black Friday and Cyber Monday bring the deepest discounts, with past promotions reaching up to 30% off. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other gifting holidays also tend to bring smaller, more frequent promotions.
Are there location specific deals beyond the sitewide codes?
Yes, the Special Offers page lists deals tied to specific properties, like a set dollar amount off treatments at a particular hotel spa or a percentage off at a named salon. These are separate from the general gift card discounts and often need to be mentioned at the time of booking rather than applied as a code.
