Rewards & Membership

The Spritz List is Touchland's loyalty program. Creating a Touchland account automatically enrolls eligible shoppers, who can earn points from purchases and selected activities. Standard eligible purchases earn 1 point for each $1 spent. The program currently has three levels: Essential, Sensational, and Ultimate. Higher levels provide faster point earning and additional perks, while Ultimate can also be reached through a qualifying Joy Supply subscription. Membership status is based on eligible spending during a rolling 12 month period. Touchland states that points expire 12 months after they are earned. Members can view their balance, rewards, membership level, and activity from their Touchland account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Touchland offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders with a subtotal of at least $40 qualify for free shipping. If a coupon or discount reduces the subtotal below $40, the order no longer qualifies for the free shipping offer.

Can I return Touchland hand sanitizer if I do not like the scent?

Only unopened products in pristine condition can be returned, and the return must be made within 14 days of delivery. Opened products are not accepted for return because of Touchland's hygiene and safety requirements, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

How does Touchland's student discount work?

Verified students can receive 15% off through Student Beans. The discount is limited to one use per customer, must be entered during checkout, does not reduce shipping charges, and cannot be combined with another discount.

Where do I enter a Touchland promo code at checkout?

Enter your valid discount code during Touchland checkout before completing the order. Touchland says discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been processed, so check that the offer appears before submitting payment.

Can I combine more than one Touchland code?

Touchland does not allow the 15% student offer to be combined with another discount. Rewards may sometimes be combined with promotions, but Touchland says eligibility depends on the particular reward and any exclusion is shown before redemption.

Can I cancel or change a Touchland order after placing it?

No. Touchland's automated processing system does not allow an order to be canceled or modified once it has been placed. Confirm your shipping address, cart contents, and discounts before submitting the order.

Does Touchland ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses?

No. Touchland does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses because its products are subject to shipping restrictions associated with alcohol and flammable materials. Touchland currently ships within the contiguous United States using ground shipping.

Saving Guide

Compare a Bundle Before Buying Individual Mists

Several Touchland bundles cost less than purchasing the included items separately. For example, the Ultimate Hand Sanitizer Collection is currently $85 against a $100 individual value, while five mist hand sanitizer bundles commonly cost $45 against a $50 value. Compare the bundle containing scents you already want before adding individual bottles.

Use Subscribe & Save for Repeat Power Mist Purchases

If you regularly reorder the same eligible Power Mist, selecting the subscription option changes the listed $10 single purchase price to $9. Subscription orders also include shipping, so repeat buyers may avoid both the regular unit price and the normal $40 free shipping threshold.

Keep Your Post Discount Cart at $40

Touchland calculates its free shipping qualification after discounts. If a coupon takes your subtotal below $40, adding an item you were already planning to buy may make more sense than paying a separate shipping charge.

Check Build Your Bundle Before Choosing a Fixed Set

The custom bundle builder lets you pick scents instead of accepting a predetermined assortment. During the current limited time offer, qualifying custom bundles also include a free Body & Hair Fragrance Mist valued at $20, which can change the value comparison against a regular curated set.

Redeem Rewards Before They Expire

The Spritz List points expire 12 months after they are earned. Check your rewards dashboard before placing a purchase so an older balance is not left unused while you pay the full eligible amount.

Touchland Shopping Guide

Choose Between Power Mist and Premium Hand Sanitizers

The standard Power Mist collection includes numerous scented options plus Unscented, with many core varieties currently priced at $10. Touchland also sells Premium hand sanitizers such as Rosewater and Lily Of The Valley at higher price points.

Check the Scent Before Ordering

Touchland provides fragrance notes on individual product pages, which can be more useful than judging a fragrance by its name alone. Citrus Grove, for example, lists orange, lemon, grapefruit, peach nectar, orange blossom, woods, and musk notes.

Use Unscented if Fragrance Is Not Your Priority

Touchland sells an Unscented Power Mist alongside its fragrance based options. Like other Power Mists, the product contains 70% v/v alcohol as its active antiseptic ingredient.

Know the Difference Between Hand Mist and Body & Hair Mist

Power Mist is Touchland's hand sanitizer line, while Power Essence Body & Hair Fragrance Mist is designed for fragrance use on the body and hair. Touchland says the body and hair formulas contain skincare ingredients including hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and panthenol.

Check Limited Edition Promotion Restrictions

Do not assume every promotion will apply to collaborations or limited releases. Touchland explicitly notes on current product pages that limited edition items can be excluded from promotions and discounts.
