Frequently Asked Questions
Does VI Peel offer a discount for signing up for their newsletter?
Yes, signing up for VI Peel's email and SMS list is the recommended way to receive information about periodic promotions, and new subscribers have been offered discounts around 15 percent off in the past. Check the current sign-up offer on vipeel.com before your first order.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping at VI Peel?
Yes, VI Peel offers free shipping on orders of $150 or more. Orders under that amount are charged a standard shipping fee, so it is worth checking your cart total against this threshold before checkout.
How long do I have to return a VI Peel product?
Products purchased on VIPeel.com may be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund minus shipping charges. You do not need to physically return the product to the company, but you do need to email support@vipeel.com or call their customer service team to process the return.
Can I return a VI Peel product I purchased somewhere other than VIPeel.com?
No, VIPeel.com does not accept returns from partner sites, Amazon listings, or practitioner offices, so a product purchased through your practitioner or a third-party retailer needs to be returned through wherever it was originally purchased rather than directly to VI Peel.
Does VI Peel offer discount codes for specific skin concerns?
Yes, VI Peel occasionally releases promo codes targeted at specific products or skin concerns, such as the VI Peel Purify line for acne or VI Peel Precision Plus for hyperpigmentation. These codes typically only work on the eligible products tied to that specific campaign, so double check the code's terms if it shows an error at checkout.
Can I stack a VI Peel promo code with a sitewide sale?
Generally no, most VI Peel discount offers state they may not be combined with other promotions, so if a sitewide sale is currently running, compare it against your specific code to see which gives you the better price rather than assuming both will apply together.
Does VI Peel offer financing options for larger purchases?
Yes, VI Peel supports Affirm financing, letting you buy now and pay for your order in installments over time. This can be useful for a larger skincare bundle purchase, though it does not function as a discount on its own.
Does VI Peel ship internationally?
No, VI Peel only ships within the United States, and orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days after being placed, and a signature is required by default unless you choose to waive it at checkout.
