Frequently Asked Questions
Does WellBefore offer a discount for first responders or nonprofits?
Yes, verified first responders, school staff, front line workers and nonprofits get a standing 5% discount, separate from any sitewide promo code that might be running.
What is WellBefore's return window?
14 calendar days from delivery, which starts on the day you or someone you designate physically receives the package. If an order arrives in multiple shipments, the 14 days start from the last one received.
How do I start a WellBefore return?
Email support@wellbefore.com with your order number and a clear statement that you'd like to return it before the 14 day window closes. Items need to be unopened and in their original packaging.
Do I have to pay for WellBefore return shipping?
No, WellBefore covers return shipping once a return is approved, which is a bit more generous than many retailers in this category.
What do I get back after a WellBefore return?
It depends on order size. For orders over $55, a WellBefore Gift Card, replacement or refund is issued after the returned items are received and reviewed at the warehouse. For orders under $55, a gift card or refund goes out once tracking confirms the item is on its way back, without waiting for physical inspection first.
Does WellBefore offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over $79 within the U.S. Below that threshold, standard shipping charges apply, and most orders ship out within 24 business hours from the Texas warehouse.
Can international customers return items to WellBefore?
Yes, the same 14 day window applies to orders shipped to a list of eligible countries including Canada, the UK and much of the EU, though return shipping for international orders is the customer's responsibility rather than prepaid.
What is WellBefore's Delivery Guarantee?
It's an optional add on purchased at checkout that covers a shipment if it's lost, stolen or damaged in transit, including subscription orders, where the fee is spread evenly across recurring shipments. It has to be added at the time of purchase and cannot be tacked on afterward, and it covers one replacement shipment per order.
Can WellBefore promo codes be used on subscription orders?
Generally no. Codes are typically built for one time purchases, so switching a recurring order to a single purchase is usually necessary to apply a discount code.
