Frequently Asked Questions
Does Zhiyun offer free shipping?
Yes, orders over $99 in the US (or €99 in the EU) ship free. If your cart is close to that line, adding a small accessory can be cheaper overall than paying the shipping fee separately.
Can I stack more than one Zhiyun discount code on an order?
No. Zhiyun only allows one code per order, so if you have two codes, compare which one gives you the bigger discount on your specific cart rather than trying to apply both.
Why did my Zhiyun code get rejected at checkout?
The most common reasons are a minimum spend you haven't hit yet, a code that's restricted to a specific product line like the Crane series, or trying to enter a second code after one is already applied. Zhiyun codes are entered in a single box at checkout, so only the last one you submit will count.
What's Zhiyun's return policy if I just don't like the gimbal?
You can request a refund or replacement within 14 calendar days of delivery as long as the product is unused and still in its original packaging in resellable condition. For a non defect return, you're responsible for shipping it back yourself using a trackable method.
What if my Zhiyun gimbal arrives with a manufacturing defect?
You have a shorter 7 day window from delivery to flag a manufacturing defect before use, and Zhiyun will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement rather than asking you to cover return shipping.
Is repair covered under warranty?
Zhiyun covers free repair for 12 months from the date of delivery, though this excludes accessories and fittings. Outside that window, or for damage from drops, unauthorized disassembly, or misuse, repair moves to a paid service instead.
Can I ship my Zhiyun order to a P.O. Box?
No, P.O. Box addresses generally aren't accepted, so use a street address to avoid a delay while Zhiyun's team follows up for an updated shipping address.
What if Zhiyun doesn't ship to my country?
Zhiyun covers a defined list of countries across the US, Europe, and parts of Asia and Oceania, but if yours isn't on that list, the brand points customers to buying through Amazon or AliExpress instead.
