Frequently Asked Questions
How much do I need to spend for free US shipping?
Orders over $50 ship free via Ground Shipping, and it's applied automatically at checkout. The threshold is calculated after any discount code is applied, not before.
Can I return sale items?
No. All sale collection items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged, regardless of condition.
Is there a Baggu rewards program?
No. Baggu doesn't run a points or membership rewards program. Its main ways to save are the Sale collection, its warranty coverage, and the free shipping thresholds.
Where do I enter a promo code at checkout?
Add your items to the cart, go to checkout, and enter the code in the "Gift card or discount code" box, then click Apply.
Can I combine more than one code?
No. Only one promo code can be applied per order.
What's Baggu's return window?
30 days from purchase for full priced items in unused condition. Apparel must be unworn and unused, and all sale items and face masks are excluded.
Do I pay a restocking fee on returns?
Standard mailed returns for a refund carry a restocking fee, but it's waived if you exchange the item, take store credit, return it in a Baggu store, or the item arrived damaged
Does baggu offer wellcome code?
No, not officially. Baggu's own signup page just says "New styles, sale info, and more useful things in your inbox," with no welcome discount mentioned or applied. The 10% off first order code you'll see floating around coupon sites isn't something Baggu confirms on its own site, so I left it out of the page rather than promise a discount that might not actually trigger at checkout.
