Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return a Mansur Gavriel order?
EU customers have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, and this general window applies to standard returns as well. Items must come back in perfect, unused condition with original packaging, including boxes and dustbags, and tags still attached.
Does Mansur Gavriel charge a restocking fee?
Yes, a $10 restocking fee is deducted from refunds processed as returns. Choosing an exchange instead of a refund avoids this fee entirely, so it's worth considering if you're eligible for a different size or color rather than your money back.
Can I return a sale item at Mansur Gavriel?
No, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Double-check whether an item is marked down before buying if there's any chance you'll need to send it back.
Does Mansur Gavriel offer free shipping?
Yes, orders over $150 ship free within the US and Canada. International customers have express shipping options available, generally arriving within 3 to 5 days once shipped.
What's the newsletter signup discount at Mansur Gavriel?
New subscribers get 15% off their first order over $200, valid on full-price purchases only. This discount excludes resale items sold through the MG Forever marketplace.
Can I return a monogrammed Mansur Gavriel item?
No, monogrammed items are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances. Since monogram orders take 2 to 3 weeks to complete, it's worth being confident about your personalization choices before submitting the order.
How does MG Forever, the resale marketplace, work?
MG Forever lets you buy and sell pre-loved Mansur Gavriel pieces directly through your account, with sold items typically arriving within 3 to 5 days of shipment. Pre-loved purchases are final sale unless the item doesn't match its description, in which case you can open a dispute after delivery.
Are international returns handled differently at Mansur Gavriel?
Yes, a $25 return shipping fee is deducted from international refunds, and shipping, customs duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable through Mansur Gavriel for those orders. US orders, by contrast, get their sales tax refunded along with the product price.
What happens if my Mansur Gavriel return doesn't meet the requirements?
Mansur Gavriel reserves the right to refuse a return that doesn't meet its condition requirements, meaning items that are scratched, worn, or missing original packaging. A refused return is sent back to you at your own expense without a refund being issued.
Can I combine a Mansur Gavriel promo code with a sale?
Given that sale items are already final sale and excluded from returns, most promotional codes are built around full-price purchases rather than stacking on top of already discounted pieces. Check the terms of your specific code before assuming it applies to marked-down items.
Does Mansur Gavriel offer package protection?
Yes, Route package protection can be added or removed at checkout as an optional service. If your protected order is lost, damaged, or stolen, Route reviews claims within 1 to 2 business days and offers a replacement or refund based on your preference.
