Frequently Asked Questions
Is Lovesac shipping really free, and how long does it take?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous US. Most orders arrive in about 1 to 4 weeks and custom covers take 4 to 10 weeks, with no delivery date guaranteed. Lovesac cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to APO and FPO addresses.
How does the Lovesac 60-Day Home Trial work?
The 60 days start once every item in your order has been delivered, and eligible items can go back for a full refund or exchange. Custom orders, clearance items and floor models are final sale, and shipping and delivery fees are not refunded. Lovesac emails prepaid labels and schedules a FedEx pickup, then refunds your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
Does Lovesac have a promo code for new customers?
Lovesac offers a 10% off code to anyone who opts in to its marketing emails and texts, good for your entire transaction. Only one code can be used per order, and it excludes clearance items and floor models.
Where do I enter a Lovesac code at checkout?
Get your code first, then apply it during checkout on lovesac.com before you pay, since discounts cannot be added to a past purchase. Heroes discount members receive a single-use code from SheerID after verification, so finish that step before you order.
Can I combine more than one Lovesac code?
Mostly no. The sitewide sale and the 10% signup code both exclude other discounts, including Heroes and Refer-a-Friend. Lovesac Credit Card financing is the exception, since most offers can be paired with it.
What happens if Lovesac runs a sale right after I order?
Lovesac allows one price adjustment within 7 days of your order date. Clearance items and floor models are not eligible, and financing terms cannot be changed after purchase.
