Frequently Asked Questions
What is Perricone MD's return policy?
Perricone MD accepts returns within 30 days of shipment for products purchased directly from the brand's website or through its Skincare Specialists. Returns must include all products from the original order, including any free gift, promotional item, or sample that shipped with it.
Does Perricone MD refund the full amount I paid?
Perricone MD refunds the purchase price paid for the returned items plus any tax paid, minus any discounts, rebates, or credits already applied to that order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the returned items are inspected, and exchanges are not offered.
Is return shipping free at Perricone MD?
No, return shipping is not refunded unless the return is due to an error made by Perricone MD, so this cost should be factored in when deciding whether to return an item you are not fully satisfied with.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with a missing item?
Any issue with a missing or damaged product needs to be reported within 14 days of shipping, which is a shorter window than the standard 30 day return period, so checking your order promptly after it arrives is important if a problem needs to be addressed.
Does Perricone MD offer free shipping?
Yes, free standard shipping is commonly available on orders over a set threshold, often around $60, with expedited and international shipping available for an additional fee.
Can I combine multiple Perricone MD promo codes on one order?
No, Perricone MD's checkout system only applies the last code entered rather than stacking multiple codes together, so if you are eligible for more than one discount, testing each one and keeping whichever gives the largest savings before completing your order is the way to go.
Does Perricone MD offer a discount on subscription orders?
Yes, Perricone MD has run promotions offering a percentage off subscription orders in addition to a discount on a first purchase, which can add up to meaningful savings for a product you plan to reorder regularly, like a daily serum or supplement.
