Platinum members get everything above, plus free same-day delivery and free shipping on orders of $35 or more, and 25% more points on select brands (instead of 10%). Where do I enter a code at checkout?
In store, show a printed coupon or a phone coupon with a scannable barcode at the register. Online, sign in to your VIP account first so member offers are available, then check your discounts at checkout.
Can I combine more than one code?
Generally no, In-store Pet Supermarket coupons are limit one per household and cannot be used together unless stated. The 10% senior, military and teacher discount and AutoShip & Save also cannot be combined with other promotions.
Does Pet Supermarket offer free shipping?
Orders of $49 or more ship free by standard delivery, and orders under $49 ship for a flat $7.99. The $49 is measured after coupons and before tax, and Platinum Paw members get free shipping at $35. Orders ship to the contiguous 48 states and typically arrive 1 to 5 business days after 1 to 2 days of processing.
What is the return policy?
In-store returns within 30 days with the original packaging and receipt are refunded to the original payment method. Opened items or returns without a receipt can be exchanged or refunded to a store gift card at the current price, and a photo ID is required. Small animals, birds and reptiles are guaranteed for 15 days and fish for 7, and online orders can be returned in store with the packing slip within 30 days of receipt.

Does Pet Supermarket price match?
Yes, in store only. They match local retailers and key online competitors on identical products when you bring the ad. Online orders are not matched, and clearance, flash sales, AutoShip, coupon offers, services and live animals are excluded.
Is there a senior, military or teacher discount?
Seniors 55+, teachers and US Armed Forces members, including veterans and reserves, get 10% off regular and clearance merchandise. A VIP membership is required, and ID.me verification is needed online but not in store. Sale-priced items, gift cards, feeders, dog wash and grooming are excluded.
